The Albany Community Foundation is a locally built, community-led organisation that connects generosity with genuine need to create lasting, meaningful impact.
We provide financial support to individuals, families and groups facing hardship or in crisis, and lead and advocate for local civic projects with lasting community benefit.
Funding is distributed to individuals and families via our local frontline service organisations with a genuine understanding of individual’s needs and circumstances. We work closely with local agencies including:
